Here's a few shots of Jimi around some of his most productive and electrifying period of his career... in and around August 69....

I always did like Jimi Hendrix, when he was bad, he was awful, but when he was good - well, no one in thew world came near him for shear vision and feeling in a piece of music - he really was awesome. I very nearly went to see Jimi at the Isle of Weight in 1970 but would have lost my day job had I done so. It's one of the few regrets that I have in my life - and Jimi is not coming back to do one last gig.....

Don't forget about the issues with drugs and other things of similar nature (cigarettes for one) they will all kill you if you get it wrong......
